Can I pickup my order?
As our goal is to produce your order in the fastest possible way, we cannot guarantee which of our facilities will be producing your order. As such, all orders are completed and shipped directly to you to ensure that they will be received in the time that we have indicated on your order.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we do require that all orders are paid in full at the time the order is placed. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and we even accept Interac e-Transfers.

Our lowest possible quantity is listed on our price calculator.

Can I get my order faster than what is offered?
For most products we offer a standard and priority (if available) production time as well as standard and express (if available) shipping. For the fastest option choose priority production and express shipping. If priority production and express shipping options are not available, you can definitely request an estimate
for the faster turnaround time.
Can I cancel my order?
In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, your order proceeds to production as soon as it’s approved. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled after it has been approved, but contact us
ASAP and we will see what we can do.
Can I replace my files?
Once you have approved your order it cannot be changed.
